Update or Remove Units & Owners

Once your units and owners are populated, you can make any necessary updates, such as adding an owner to a unit, deleting units/owners, and editing owner information.  

Edit Owner Name

  1. To edit an owners' name, click "Add Owner" on the appropriate unit.  
  2. Enter correct owner name and all additional fields on the profile.
  3. Make the required updates > "Add."
  4. Click the trash icon on the record with the incorrect name. 

Edit Owner E-voting Agreement, Contact Information, & Alternative Mailing Address

  1. To edit owner e-voting agreement, contact information, & alternative mailing address information for a specific unit, click the arrow to the right on the appropriate unit.  
  2. Click the pencil "edit" icon.
  3. Make the required updates > "Save."

Add an Owner to a Unit

  1. To add an owner to a specific unit, click the arrow to the right on the appropriate unit.  
  2. Click the pencil "edit" icon.
  3. Add the additional owner's information > "Save"

Delete an Owner from a Unit

  1. To delete owner information for a specific unit, click the arrow to the right on the appropriate unit.  
  2. Click the trash bin "delete" icon
  3. To confirm click "remove"

Delete a Unit

  1. To delete a unit, click the arrow to the right on the appropriate unit.  
  2. Click "Delete Unit."
  3. Click "Remove" to confirm.
