Open Voting

Prior to the meeting, you are able to open voting at any time. Unit owners can then sign in and vote using the link from the second notice one voting is open. This can aid in achieving quorum for buildings where reaching quorum is difficult. Voting would then be tabulated once quorum is met.

1. To open voting either before the meeting begins or after quorum is met, simply navigate to the meeting page and you will see the option to "open voting" on any tab (e.g., Configuration, Status, etc.)

2. You will notice the action button with show "Voting is Open". The vote remain open until is is manually closed by clicking the "Close Voting" option. Once voting is closed it cannot be reopened and results are finalized and validated.
