Join a BuildingBoard Call [Guest Speaker]

1) The Property Management team will provide you with a link to join the BuildingBoard video call. 

2) At the time of the meeting, follow the link provided, enter your name, and click "Continue."

3) Next opt to turn on your camera and/or microphone or leave it off and click "request to join" the call. 

4) You will then enter a waiting room experience like on Zoom until the Property Manager accepts your request and adds you to the call.

5) Once you've been added, you'll be entered into the conference call.
